Tim Quigley Jr, Executive Director, Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley
Tim Quigley works to achieve the overall success of the Volunteer Center. Coordinating with the Board of Directors, "Tim" is responsible for its overall leadership and management.
Tim is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and former Course President of the NATO Defense College (1991-92).
His professional thirty-five year career has encompassed a variety of senior executive positions including Executive Director/CEO, Silicon Valley Global Trading Center, Commanding Officer of Naval Air Station Moffet Field and Director of Strategic Planning and Policy, U.S. Department of Navy.
Judith C. Levin, President, Board of Directors, Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley
Judith Levin is a widely recognized community leader in Silicon Valley. She is currently the president of the Jewish Federation of Silicon Valley and president of the Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley. A graduate of Ohio State University, she has worked in executive roles at the Northern California Office of CARE, the March of Dimes and the Yavneh Day School, and she directed membership and corporate development at PBS-affiliate WJCT TV in Jacksonville, Florida.
Her philanthropic and volunteer work has been recognized by awards from the Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center, the Junior League of San Jose and the Jewish Federation of Greater San Jose.
Allen Guggenheim
Mr. Guggenheim has extensive community service experience. He is currently chair of the Governance Committee of the Jewish Federation of Silicon Valley and Treasurer of the Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley. He previously has served in numerous positions for the Jewish Federation, including President and Campaign Chairman. Other positions held by Mr. Guggenheim include: President of Congregation Beth David, Board Member of Council of Jewish Federations, Vice President of United Synagogue of America, Board Member of March of Dimes, Apache Nation Chief of YMCA, and Officer/Board Member of numerous music and theatre arts organizations. Mr. Guggenheim has been engaged in providing corporate and financial management for more than forty years. He is president of Guggenheim Realty group, Inc. and a principal of Triad Investment Group, which provide commercial real estate property management, syndication, leasing and sales. He was president and chairman of the board of Information Management International from 1971 to 1985; a company which provided data processing, software development, and systems management for health care, non-profit, banking, finance, and entertainment industries. Earlier he managed computer systems development and implementation for numerous software and aerospace companies. Mr. Guggenheim has authored publications on project management, commodities market simulation, fund-raising for non-profit organizations, international banking, and satellite communications.
